Big Bee Studio Creates Amazing Star Wars April Fools Spoof: Disney/Pixar’s X-WINGS

I pretty much despise April Fools jokes, especially now that the internet is what it is. I hate April Fools jokes even more when it comes to Star Wars because the way I’ve always seen things, more Star Wars is a good thing and the last thing I want is to get my hopes up over something fake. Big Bee Studio did it the right way, though. Despite the video title, it was uploaded today on April 1st and even though nobody reads these, they started the trailer off with this…

disclaimer

It doesn’t really get any more clear than that, considering you didn’t click into autopilot and just acknowledge that there is that ever so familiar green screen with white text on it that you’ve never once taken the time to read because it’s on every single movie ever made.

Now that Disney owns Star Wars and has already begun with animated Star Wars properties aimed at kids, making a Star Wars spin-off of the Pixar Cars and Planes franchise just makes sense. There’s tons of different spaceships on both the Rebel and the Imperial side of things, it’s believable. But not only did Big Bee Studios make something that’s relatively believable to exist, they made a super high quality animated trailer for it.

Disney/Pixar’s X-WINGS Movie Trailer

Well kudos to you Big Bee Studios with the really quality and relatively harmless April Fools joke. I do have to admit, I got excited about being able to watch this with my Baby Jedi Niece who was born on Star Wars Day, and my other nieces and nephews since I’ve made it my mission to make sure they’re all raised right and make them Star Wars fans.

April Fools joke or not, the Star Wars spoof was pretty amazing right? Today’s probably been really annoying as far as internet pranks are concerned. Head down to the comments section and give us your thoughts on the Star Wars X-Wing video or tell us about the most annoying prank you fell for today.
